In 2004 I decided that watching American Chopper wasn’t enough, I had to build my own from scratch. I started with a frame and created this masterpiece in my Garage. My good friend and neighbor painted it and I built the seat starting with small metal rods and fiberglass, then covering with sand-able dense foam.
